marlborosandmonsterjava asked: First, I just want to let you know that your blog is stunning! I’ve gone back SEVERAL pages just gathering ideas and drooling over everything.
Second, I’m getting married on October 15th of this year (just got engaged last week). I’m on a tight budget, but I’m dying to make it work the way I want it to. I’m going for a luxurious feel, using reds, golds, and aubergine (eggplant), along with damask patterning. Any inspiration you could send my way that fits with this color scheme would be most appreciated! Also, I’m using faux red lillies, and faux aubergine calla lillies.
And, thanks for existing!
thank you doll! and let me say those are good choices for artificial flowers, i think the ones that are made of silk don’t look great, but the stuff they use to make faux lilies completely rocks!
sorry, these suggestions are going to be kind of all over the place so bare with me:
here comes the part where i bury you in photo inspiration so i hope you are ready!
hope this helps!
coxcomb, calla lilies, black rose succulents, peacock feathers, and vine.
i love the use of coxcomb in this bouquet!
